Wisconsin is a weird state. Let me give you that. About a week ago we had crazy, warm weather of about 50s and sunshine every day. Then Tuesday it dropped to oh, 25. And then yesterday we had four inches of snow.
It makes me really think twice before I go for a walk or a run. Is it going to be warm? Cold? Bitterly cold? How about the wind? Will my university have shoveled if the snow was on a Friday night? It's enough to make your head spin.
So Weather Underground and Weather.com have become my very good friends. That, and some hot cider or raspberry tea afterwards to warm me up.

100 Mile Challenge
Two of my fellow RAs are putting on something called the 100 Mile Challenge where the goal is to run or walk 100 miles in 10 weeks. Easy enough, considering I walk about 2 miles a day getting to class, walking to dinner, etc.
Right now I've completed 11 out of my 100 at almost a week in. I have been extremely busy and also unmotivated lately so I'm hoping I can get in some big mileage this weekend.
But for now, steadily chugging along.
